THE ARBITRATOR'S DECISION SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING AND MAY BE ENTERED AS A JUDGMENT IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND PIZZA RANCH AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If any court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable, then the arbitration agreement shall be void as to that dispute.

11.4 Waiver of Jury Trial

TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY DISPUTE IS RESOLVED IN COURT RATHER THAN THROUGH ARBITRATION, YOU AND PIZZA RANCH EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. Any such dispute shall be resolved by a judge sitting without a jury.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
